Provisions of Sales Contract: Health Guarantee
1a. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health for three days after receipt and it is required that the puppy be seen by a certified vet within this time. If said puppy/dog is not seen by a vet with in that time the guarantee on said puppy will become null and void. Meaning your gaurantee is no longer valid.
1b. Puppy/dog must be Spayed/Neutered prior to leaving Satori Papillons at buyers expense if puppy/dog is 6 Months of age or older and must be paid for by the buyer.
1c. If puppy is not 6 months of age when he/she leaves Satori Papillons said puppy MUST be altered NO later than 7 months of age and proof of certificate sent to Angie Hindman of Satori Papillons with in 7 days of Spay/Alter. By email please. If Spay/Alter is not done with in the time frame allowed you will be required to return the puppy/dog at the buyers expense and the puppy/dogs ownership reverts back to me the seller as at that point the contract is broken. I cannot stress how important spaying/Neutering your pet and sending us proof is. This is something we will not tolerate.
a. If the puppy is found to be in poor health at the buyers initial vet visit, the buyer may choose to return the puppy for a replacement at seller’s discretion. The buyer’s vet must provide the seller’s vet with the records of the findings and if buyer’s vet concurs with the findings, the buyer may return the puppy, and a replacement of equal value and sex will be sent when one comes available.
b. Seller is unable to give cash refunds.
2. This puppy is guaranteed to be free of congenital defects for 1 year.
a. If this puppy is found to have a congenital defect (problem that develops in utero), that effects soundness or longevity and cannot be caused by anything other than fetal development, the buyer’s vet must provide the seller’s vet with the records of the findings and if the seller’s vet concurs with the findings, a replacement puppy of equal value and sex will be sent when one comes available.
b. The buyer may be required to return the affected puppy before the replacement puppy will be sent.
c. Seller is unable to give cash refunds.
3. This puppy is sold with a 1 year genetic guarantee
a. If this puppy is found to have a genetic defect (passed down from the parents), that effects soundness and longevity, and cannot be attributed to anything other than genetics, the buyer’s vet must provide the seller’s vet with the records of the findings and if the seller’s vet concurs with the findings, a replacement puppy of equal value and sex will be sent when one comes available.
b. The buyer may be required to return the affected puppy before the replacement puppy will be sent.
c.. Seller is unable to give cash refunds.
shipping
The cost of shipping including crate, travel expenses, Health Certificate, Gas, Rabies vaccination "if needed" and any other expense associated with shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer and in no way is the sellers responsibility. Shipping charges very as the cost of shipping is calculated by the weight of puppy and crate combined, what airline is used, where the puppy is going and on what day. shipping charges will be established on a case by case basis but the average cost is 400.00. It is 2.5 to 3 hrs one way for me to get to the airport from my home.

Terms of Sale
1. Breeder is selling this Papillon puppy as Pet Quality with limited registration if registration was agreed on.
a. Registration papers will remain in the possession of the seller, until evidence that the puppy has been spayed or neutered, has been received. Said puppy must be Spayed/Neutered at 6 months but no later than 7 months of age with proof of vet Cert sent to seller with in 7 days of alter by email with proof attached.
b. If this puppy is used for breeding or produces or sires a litter before it has been spayed or neutered, the buyer must return the puppy to the seller at their own expense, forfeiting all moneys paid and also pay the seller $2500 in damages, and $1500.00 for each puppy produced. If for any reason the seller has to take the buyer to court to enforce any part of this contract the buyers will be held responsible for all associated fees including but not limited to lawyer fees. 2. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to shipping.
3.The buyer WILL NOT re-home the puppy without first getting written permission from the seller. In the event the buyer decides the puppy needs to be re-homed, the puppy/dog must be returned to the seller at no cost. If the seller gives the buyer permission in writing to re home the puppy/dog then buyer promises to responsibly place the puppy in a new home with responsible pet owners that agree to the original terms of contract. 4. This puppy is to never be sold, abandoned, leased, gifted or turned over in any way, to an animal shelter, rescue, laboratory or pet store.
5. In the event that this puppy needs an immediate place to go, it will be returned to seller at buyer’s expense.
6.The breeders kennel name (Satori) is required to pre-empt this puppy’s registered name if going with AKC papers.
7. Buyer understands that any money's paid on said puppy/Dog is non-refundable for any reason, but may be transferred to a different puppy at seller’s discretion.
8. This puppy is not to be housed outside, allowed to roam free or caged full time.
9. The guarantees in this contract are not transferable, but the terms will apply to any and all subsequent owners.
10.If any part of this contract is broken by the buyers (breech of contract) the puppy/dog's ownership reverts back to Angie Hindman of Satori Papillons and puppy/dog must be returned to Angie Hindman with in 14 days.

Exclusions Of Guarantees
1. Seller will not be responsible for any veterinary, travel or treatment expenses of any kind, incurred for any reason.
2. These guarantees do not include effects of aging, parasites or allergies.
3. These guarantees do not include effects of poor nutrition or feeding poor quality dog food (dog foods that are not meat based). A quality dog food will have a meat and meat meal listed as the first and second ingredient, and exclude grains and fillers.
4. These guarantees do not include any adverse reactions or side effects of any vaccines administered during the initial vet visit or at any other time.
5. This guarantee does not include any illness caused by or effects of any misdiagnoses or mistakes in treatment or death caused by any vet.
6. Seller is not responsible for any shipping fees or costs related to sending or returning a puppy, including replacement. Unless other arrangements have been made. Acknowledged and Agreed Upon By: ___________________
7. The buyer may not make any changes to the contract or terms. Changes made by any one but the seller and will not be honored. If you would like something added please just ask and we can talk about it.
8.Breeder will not guarantee color, markings, ear set, ear size, bite, tail set, pigment, movement, size, etc. This puppy/dog is being sold as a pet. Likely, but not always, because there is some flaw that prevents him/her from meeting the breed standard or the breeders personal standards. So please do not e-mail me saying my puppies color did not turn out the way you wanted, or one ear is up and one is down. These issues are cosmetic and in no way effect the life, well being, happiness, health or longevity of your puppy/dog. I sadly cannot see into the future so I can not gaurantee things before they happen. We have amazing dogs with equally amazing blood lines but just like any thing else in life unforseen things can happen.
